No pressure, no sales pitch: just an honest conversation about whether we’re a good fit.

Typically within one to two weeks of the initial consultation, depending on current workload. We’ll give you a realistic start date up front rather than overpromise.

Long-term engagements let us plan work more efficiently and build deeper knowledge of your systems, so we pass that efficiency on as a lower hourly rate. It also reflects our preference for lasting partnerships over one-off sprints.

Your first step is a free 30-minute consultation. After that, consulting clients’ meetings are billed at their consulting rate. If we’re only building for you, meetings are billed at the Project Consultant rate and development work at your developer plan’s rate. Project planning, development, testing, deployment, and documentation are included in the quoted rate, and we provide estimates up front (travel and late scope changes are billed as set out in our Terms). Managed plans include hosting within the limits on each plan, and 24/7 support is available for an additional fee. If an application outgrows its plan, we’ll agree the next step with you before anything changes.

Both the Esri ecosystem (ArcGIS) and open-source geospatial tooling: QGIS, PostGIS, STAC, Leaflet, OpenLayers, and custom web APIs. We pick the stack that fits your project and budget: open-source where it saves you licensing costs, commercial where it’s the right tool.

Yes. Most geospatial work is integration work: connecting GIS platforms, spatial databases, APIs, and business applications so your data flows where it needs to. Tell us what you’re running and we’ll assess the integration path in the initial consultation.

Yes. Our managed services cover hosting, monitoring, security updates, and maintenance for applications we build (or ones you already have). Many clients start with a development project and move to a managed plan at launch.
